Brides magazine‘s sumptuous wedding exhibition, Brides The Show, opens in London today and runs till Sunday. In a few hours time Zita will unveil her latest creations with a focus on painterly flowers, elegant table settings and an exquisitely delicious contribution from Cakes by Krishanthi.
Zita has also supplied flowers for the catwalk and models’ bouquets.
We can’t yet reveal her pièce de résistance at the show, so we’re sharing 2 gorgeous wedding bouquets, photographed just a few days ago in Kew by Nobu Yamaguchi, for award-winning bridal designer Louise Selby.
The beautifully detailed wedding dresses are from Louise’s latest collection: Marigold, in chantilly lace with a cap sleeve and ivory chiffon skirt and Mimosa, in ivory guipure lace over silk crepe with a georgette skirt (made to order).
“Zita effortlessly translates my designs into flowers – her bouquets perfectly complement the designs, from the romantic fuchsia and orange with dark foliage for the Marigold dress featuring chiffons and tulles, to the sixties inspired posy with daisies, for the Mimosa, dress. Shooting in the leafy gardens on Kew Green, Zita’s flowers shone in the autumn sunlight.” – Louise Selby
