Yejina Kim wowed us all at the end of her 4 week floristry course with her extraordinary bridal creations, designed in her last week of classes, covering wedding design. She produced 2 hand-tied bouquets – one soft and fluffy with veronica and stipa grass and the other sculptural with bursts of cacti and hebe – not to be cast over one’s shoulder for the bridesmaids to catch! We also loved the contrast in textures in her boutonnières. Three botanical headpieces completed the story: mulberry; hebe, nigella, kangeroo paw and blackberries; and a stunning floral artwork in tandem with the second bouquet – an achillea and cactus couture headdress.
