Zimbabwean colours melted into the English countryside in a picturesque fusion wedding in rural Wiltshire this August. Guests joined the bride and groom for a traditional church ceremony down an aisle decorated with grasses, echinacea, physalis anigozanthos and sedum. Cut flowers of thistle, craspedia and parsley added extra texture at pew ends. Centre stage, a pedestal arrangement brimming with the deeper notes of allium, crocosmia, roses, dahlia and mixed foliage.
The wedding breakfast took place in a marquee infused with rich African inspired tones. In a carefully orchestrated mix of the exotic and the local, the party gathered under trees decorated with mixed foliage including beech, statice, grevilla and eucalyptus. Allium, crocosmia, roses, dahlia, protea and fresh fruit graced the tables.
