How often can I get flowers delivered?

With our ongoing service, you can sign up to have a weekly, fortnightly or monthly flower subscription delivery.

Do the flowers come in a vase?

When you subscribe, your first delivery will arrive with a complimentary vase. You can then use this vase for your future fresh flower deliveries.

How do I take care of my flowers?
  • Cut the stems diagonally and place the flowers in fresh water.
  • Keep the flowers tied, as they were individually arranged for you.
  • Change the water regularly, ideally washing the vase too, then re-cut the stems. This will maximise your flowers’ vase life.
  • Keep your flower display away from heat and draughts.
Can I amend the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, you can! If you wish to pause, skip or amend a delivery, simply log in to your account where you will be able to manage your subscription frequency. Please make sure that your request reaches us 24 hours before your usual delivery time.

Can I send flowers to my loved one on a regular basis?

Of course! You can subscribe personally or you can gift a subscription for the recipient of your choice. A Zita Elze Flower Subscription is the perfect way to remind someone how much you care on a regular basis.

You can also order a Zita Elze Flower Subscription for regular delivery to your work place, provided it’s within our specified post codes.

On which days do you deliver?

You can opt for Zita Elze Flower Subscription deliveries on Wednesdays, Fridays or both.

Can I change my delivery day?

Yes, simply log in to your account where you can change your preferred delivery day. Please ensure your request reaches us 24 hours prior to your usual delivery time.

What if I’m not home to receive the delivery?
